Our Story
Supporting underprivileged youth through sports
Gear4All Foundation was started by three friends that share a love for sports. It is a Non-Profit Organization that collects gently used or new sports gear for underprivileged youth. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to participate in sports, regardless of their financial situation. Our organization was founded in 2024 with a commitment to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.
We see the value in everyone and want to be a catalyst for positive change. Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. At Gear4All Foundation, we aim to empower and support underprivileged youth through sports.

Our mission is to provide underprivileged youth with the opportunity to participate in sports and gain the many benefits that come with it. We believe that change is possible when we put our hearts and minds to it.
We strive to create a better future for all by providing access to sports gear and opportunities for underprivileged youth. Our goal is to support and empower these young individuals to achieve their full potential and become positive contributors to society.

Chelsea Mar Ventura
Founder
Chelsea is the founder who brought the vision of the foundation to life. Her love for sports started at a young age. She is an accomplished elite volleyball player and track athlete. She believes that with dedication and hard work you can accomplish anything.

Co-Founder
Jasmin has played a critical role in shaping our mission and projects. Her love for sports started at 6 years old playing volleyball where she has attained great success and is also a track and field athlete. She brings experience and skills in helping Gear4All Foundation grow and make a measurable impact.

Destiny Wiggins
Co-Founder
Destiny is one of our founding members and has played a vital role in shaping our vision and programs. Also an accomplished athlete in volleyball and track and field. She brings excitement, design expertise and a belief in making Gear4All Foundation a household name.
